1 Eligibility
To register and use readwrite, you must be at least 18 years of age. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited or restricted.
readwrite is designed specifically for players in Pakistan. While the platform is accessible from other locations, readwrite does not accept registrations from players who are subject to legal restrictions preventing their participation in online gaming or sports betting in their place of residence.
- You must be 18 years or older at the time of registration.
- You must be registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person.
- You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on readwrite or any affiliated platform.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a readwrite employee.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
Age Verification: readwrite may request official identity documents at any point to verify your age. This includes CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or another government-issued document. Accounts that cannot be verified will be suspended until the verification process is complete.
2 Account Registration
Each player is entitled to register one account on readwrite. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. readwrite uses automated and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts. Any duplicate account will be closed and bonuses forfeited.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. readwrite will never ask you for your password via email, phone, or chat. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately.
- Provide your real full name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a working email address.
- Your username must not impersonate any person, brand, or entity.
- You are responsible for all activity carried out under your readwrite account.
- Sharing account access with any other person is not permitted.
- Keep your login details secure at all times — use a password you don't use elsewhere.
3 Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on readwrite are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfers via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit is Rs 200 for mobile wallet methods and Rs 500 for cards. Specific limits by method are listed in the Payments section of the platform.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. readwrite does not charge platform-level withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Processing times are typically 15 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash, under 30 minutes for NayaPay and SadaPay, and one to three business hours for IBFT transfers.
- Funds deposited into your readwrite account are held for the purpose of gaming and betting only.
- readwrite does not pay interest on player account balances.
- Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals.
- Funds obtained through bonus abuse or fraudulent activity are not eligible for withdrawal.
- readwrite reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if fraud, money laundering, or rule violations are suspected pending investigation.
- Dormant accounts (no login for 12+ months) may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of Rs 100, applied to the account balance if funds remain.
4 Bonuses & Promotions
readwrite offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. Every promotion published on the platform comes with specific terms that govern eligibility, wagering requirements, minimum odds, qualifying games, and expiry periods. These terms are displayed clearly on each promotion's dedicated page.
Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance on your readwrite account. You must meet the stated wagering requirement before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be transferred to your real money balance and requested for withdrawal. For example, a Rs 500 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must wager Rs 5,000 before the bonus converts.
- Bonuses are available to one account per household, device, or IP address unless stated otherwise.
- readwrite reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
- Players who are found to be abusing bonuses — including by registering multiple accounts or exploiting promotion structures — will have their accounts closed and all associated balances forfeited.

- Cashback promotions are calculated on net losses over the specified promotional period and credited as bonus funds subject to wagering conditions.
Eid and seasonal promotions on readwrite may carry different terms from standard weekly offers. Always check the specific promotion page before opting in, as wagering multipliers and expiry windows can vary.
5 Betting Rules
All bets placed on readwrite are final once confirmed. readwrite does not accept cancellations or amendments to bets after they have been submitted and accepted by the system. In-play bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay during which the system checks that odds remain valid — if the market closes or odds change materially during this window, the bet may be declined.
In the event of a technical error affecting a bet or game result — such as a disconnection, server fault, or display error — readwrite will investigate and apply a fair resolution based on available data. If no fair resolution can be determined, the bet may be voided and the stake returned.
- Minimum and maximum bet amounts are defined per market and displayed at the time of placing a bet.
- readwrite reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or combination of bets at its discretion.
- Bets placed on events where the outcome is already known — whether due to information asymmetry or data errors — are void.
- Cricket markets follow international standard rules for weather interruptions, DLS calculations, and abandoned matches. Specific rules are detailed in the sports betting help section.
- PSL and domestic cricket markets operate under the same rules as international cricket unless stated otherwise.
6 Fair Play
readwrite uses certified random number generation (RNG) for all casino and games products. The integrity of every game on the platform is regularly reviewed and the RNG is audited to ensure it produces genuinely random and unpredictable outcomes. readwrite does not manipulate game outcomes to disadvantage players.
In return, players are expected to engage with the platform honestly and in good faith. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure without refund of any bonus funds.
- Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or play games on readwrite.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or game errors for financial gain — any winnings derived from such exploitation are not valid.
- Colluding with other players in card games, poker, or any multiplayer format.
- Match fixing or placing bets based on inside knowledge of a sporting event's outcome.
- Using VPN services or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or account limitations.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering through the platform.
7 Privacy & Data
readwrite collects personal information — including your name, contact details, payment information, and gaming activity — as part of operating the platform. This information is used to manage your account, process transactions, comply with any applicable verification requirements, and improve the overall player experience.
readwrite does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with payment processors, fraud prevention services, and technology partners strictly as required to operate the platform. 8 Responsible Gaming
readwrite is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that while the vast majority of our players enjoy gaming as entertainment, a small number may develop problematic gambling habits. readwrite provides tools to help all players stay in control.
- Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit maximums through your account settings.
- Session limits: Define a maximum continuous play duration after which you'll receive a reminder to take a break.
- Reality checks: Opt into periodic on-screen notifications showing your session time and net result.
- Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from readwrite at any time. Exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent. During exclusion, your account is frozen and you will not receive any promotional communications.
- Cooling-off periods: If you're having a rough patch, a short cooling-off period of 24 to 72 hours can be activated without going through full exclusion.

9 Suspension & Account Closure
readwrite reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the player has violated these terms, is engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, has provided false information during registration, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any funds held in the account that are not derived from bonus abuse or fraudulent activity will be returned to the player once the investigation concludes. readwrite will endeavour to complete investigations within 14 business days, though complex cases may take longer.
- Players may request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting support.
- Accounts closed at a player's request can be re-opened after a cooling-off period of 30 days unless a permanent self-exclusion was selected.
- readwrite will retain account records in accordance with applicable data retention requirements even after account closure.
10 Liability
readwrite provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranty that service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows may temporarily affect platform availability. readwrite will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime wherever possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, readwrite's liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the net amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim. readwrite is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive losses of any kind, including loss of profits or gaming winnings that were not yet realised.
Note: Nothing in these terms limits readwrite's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence. These exclusions do not affect your statutory rights under applicable Pakistani consumer protection law.
11 Changes to These Terms
readwrite may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, applicable law, or industry best practices. When material changes are made, readwrite will notify registered players via email and/or an in-platform banner. Minor amendments — such as clarifications of existing language — may be made without formal notice.
Your continued use of readwrite after updated terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with an updated version of these terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.
